These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern all orders placed through the Site for products and services offered by Hailey Store LLC. They are freely accessible at any time via the Site under the “Terms and Conditions” section. Customers may also request a copy through our contact form.

Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.

Any conflicting condition set by the customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by Hailey Store LLC, regardless of when such condition is made known. A replacement with an equivalent product, if available and accepted by the customer.

Placing an Order

Order Confirmation
After payment, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email will be sent to the address you provided. Hailey Store LLC is not liable for errors due to incorrect or incomplete email or shipping details, nor for failure to receive the confirmation email.

Orders are considered final once confirmed and paid.

Hailey Store LLC reserves the right to cancel any order in case of a payment dispute with a customer.

Purchases on the Site are for personal use only. Hailey Store LLC does not sell products for resale or commercial purposes. Any order indicating professional use or abnormal quantity may be refused or canceled, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
